Responsibilities
Answering incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner and in accordance with the company policy
Updating of contact details and relevant information into the Call Centre Enquiry System
Handling and resolving complaints
Troubleshoot issues and address customers' concerns promptly
Provide product / service information when necessary
Other adhoc duties as assigned
