Responsibilities
Attending to inbound calls
Attending to call back requests
Ensure follow up on cases escalated
Point to point enquiries
Perform simple investigation on customer's requests
Attend to emails enquiry/ Live chat as required
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors
Requirements
Minimum O Levels
Team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
