Work Hours:
5 day work week, rotating shift including weekends and public holidays
Rotating shift timings:
- 08.00AM to 05.30PM
- 08.30AM to 06.00PM
- 02.30PM to 12.00AM
- 11.30PM to 09.00AM
OR
Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6pm
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for the customers
- Make effort to understand both internal and external customer, anticipating customer needs and giving high priority to customer satisfaction via email.
- Provide satisfactory explanation to customer and take remedial action where necessary.
- Provide pro-active feedback to the customer to ensure that the committed ETA is respected.
- Alert superior of recurring service failures so that corrective actions may be taken to avoid future problems.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level/ Higher Nitec in any field
- Prior experience in call centre environment is a plus
- Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply
