1-Year Contract Customer Service Rep (Order Management) #JEE
- Oversee the Order Fulfilment process from start to end.
- Monitor and manage the order book, ensuring blocks, holds and errors are resolved quickly.
- Handle exceptions such as urgent orders, delivery splits, or manual deliveries.
- Serve as the first point of contact for Customer Care on order status, delays, and escalations.
- Work closely with planning, warehouse, logistics, and transport teams to align on fulfilment priorities.
- Maintain structured daily/weekly communication cadences to highlight risks, shortages, or late deliveries.
- Work closely with the shipping team to ensure transport bookings are secured and outbound shipments are tracked
- Identify recurring issues in fulfilment and work with site/divisional teams on preventive actions.
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
