1 year contract Executive Assistant/Secretary (Up to $7000)
Our client is a leading Healthcare MNC
Job Responsibilities
Regional and overseas travel arrangements and accommodation
Supporting senior stakeholders and team for admin matters
Process the expense reimbursement, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of expense reimbursement requests for finance
Prepare presentation materials, spreadsheets etc
Assist in-coordinating meetings and book meeting rooms, venues and conference call facilities, and organize catering as required
Be involved in ad-hoc company/section projects
Requirements
Diploma and above
8-10 year of secretary experience
Professional and positive attitude
Good hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Words, Excel)
Able to work independently with initiative
Good command of English and written communications skills
Salary ranges from S$6,000 to S$7,000 per month
