Roles & Responsibilities Job Scope:
- Greet & register patients
- Schedule appointments & referrals
- Handle payments & patient enquiries
- Manage concerns & escalate when needed
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum O/A Levels/ NITEC/Diploma
- Prior customer service/admin background is preffered
- Comfortable with computers (registration, appointment scheduling, payment)
- Weekdays: 6.30am–7.30pm (8 hrs/day, rostered) & Saturdays: 6.30am–1.30pm (4 hrs, rostered) - 44 hours per week
