About the Role
We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and helping people with their tech.
In this role, you will be working onsite at our client's office , supporting their day-to-day IT needs and making sure hybrid meetings and events run smoothly.
It is a hands-on role where no two days are quite the same — one moment you could be setting up a Teams Room for a townhall, and the next you are helping a colleague get their laptop back up and running.
You will also take care of equipment setup, manage IT assets, and make sure everything is well-documented and organized.

What You will Do
- Be the first point of contact for IT support at the client site.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues (Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, etc.).
- Set up and support video conferences, hybrid meetings, and events (Teams Rooms, Poly, Crestron, Extron, LG, Samsung).
- Provide standby support for important meetings, sometimes outside of office hours.
- Configure and deploy new laptops, desktops, and accessories.
- Maintain accurate records of IT and AV equipment, including asset tagging and secure disposal.
- Manage loan equipment and keep simple, easy-to-follow user guides updated.
