We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Group Internal Consulting Graduate Talent Program.


You’ll get to
Take responsibility for delivering Risk, Compliance, and Regulatory change projects end-to-end across business divisions and group functions
Support remediation initiatives addressing self-identified, audit, or regulatory control gaps
Manage regulatory change topics across 1st and 2nd Line of Defense and coordinate execution
Work on regulatory implementation projects as junior Subject Matter Expert for specific topics
Communicate effectively with all audiences in a structured manner and collaborate with diverse teams to develop the best solution
Actively contribute to the strategy and ambitions of Group Internal Consulting
Your team
Group Internal Consulting (GIC) is UBS's internal consultant unit.

We are a driven and diverse team with over 700 people present in 4 regions across the globe.

Part of the Group Integration Office (GIO), we work in close partnership with all divisions and functions to drive integration, transformation and change across UBS, supporting our firm in achieving its strategic goals.


Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who
will graduate by June 2026, with less than two years of work experience
has initial experience in working in a project-based environment
has analytical and conceptual skillset with a problem-solving, pragmatic attitude
is interested in the financial services industry and energized by working in fast-paced environments with high expectations and tight deadlines
has strong written communication and presentation skills
is proficient in written and spoken English, other languages a plus
has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
