Responsibilities
Develop and deliver high quality 2D or 3D design solutions for internal teams and external clients, supporting event branding, marketing materials, and on‐site visuals.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure design outputs align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
Interpret creative briefs and translate them into engaging visual concepts, including storyboards, layouts, and final artwork.
Support the design team in producing graphics for event booths, signage, digital screens, and promotional content.
Assist in managing multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and consistency across all touchpoints.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide fresh ideas that enhance the visual impact of events.
Maintain organized design files and documentation for easy access and future reference.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions, or event industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking and execution across various media formats.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
Solid understanding of layout, typography, and space planning.
Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
Ability in spatial design and visualization, capable of creating creative and buildable 3D environments.
Presentation skills and the ability to clearly articulate your design intent.
