Responsibilities
You will be
exposed to different social research domains and streams of research methodologies
Manage client-focused research projects, conduct analysis, and present insights
in a visual and impactful manner.
At the same time, you will be involved in scripting, sampling, and data processing of research studies.
Assist in
developing new methods of data collection
using various software and other data related tools assigned to you at intervals.
Account Management:
Manage client queries, expectations and relationships to ensure client satisfaction
Design, plan, execute, and manage research projects
suitable for client needs
Scripting of survey questionnaires
with logic implementation
Processing of research data
using software with syntaxes and codes
Monitor quantitative fieldwork
and adhering to project schedules / deadlines
Quality check and audit survey implementation
to ensure accuracy of results
Perform coding of open-ended (free text response) answers where required
Create highly actionable and digestible reports in PowerPoint
Present results of study confidently to external clients
Drive the exploration of new research methodologies and data collection software
Any other tasks as may be assigned by Head of Department
Requirements
Minimum Diploma (in Psychology / Social Sciences / Mathematics / Statistics / Marketing / Business / Engineering / numerical fields)
Strong interest in market research and willing to learn (Training Provided)
Versatile individual with a keen interest to pick up complimentary research skillsets
Able to work with ambiguity and perform under pressure
Those with more experience will be consider as Senior
Quantitative or qualitative and data analytical skills
Strong communication skills, both written and interpersonal
Competent in MS Office, with some experience in data collection and/or statistical software e.g.
SPSS, R, STATA etc.
