3-Month Contract Administrative Assistant (Facilities Support Services)

N/O/Nitec/Higher Nitec/A level: $10.50/hr
Working Hours:
Office hours, 5 days/week
Responsibilities
Update and maintain BME/M&E equipment inventory system
Maintain physical and electronic records for BEMS information
Liaise with vendors and users to schedule preventive/corrective maintenance
Manage procurement using Ariba system (BME & M&E)
Monitor and order office supplies to ensure smooth operations
Provide general administrative support as required
Requirements
Minimum N/O/A/Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma
Prior administrative experience preferred
Able to commit for full 3-month contract
