Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed 3D models and precision components (architectural, structural, MEP, and fabrication details) using some of the applications, SolidWorks, Rhino, SketchUp, and Blender
Assist engineers in visualizing complex designs, identifying clashes, and resolving spatial conflicts.
Create photorealistic renders and animations (via Keyshot/Twinmotion) to clearly communicate design intent to all stakeholders
Produce high-impact graphics for tender submissions, presentations to simplify technical concepts, and enhance client engagement.
Generate accurate visual and technical content that aids engineers and architects in design validation, manufacturing preparation, and decision-making.
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to translate technical requirements into intuitive visual formats for both internal and external use.
Use Arduino for functional prototypes (e.g., interactive site models, smart building demonstrations) to showcase innovative solutions to clients and teams.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proficiency in various applications like SolidWorks, Rhino, SketchUp, Blender, Twinmotion, and Photoshop; Arduino skills are advantageous.
Education background in design with foundational Engineering knowledge
Ability to bridge technical and creative domains to support engineering visualization and client communication.
Strong collaborative skills to work with engineers, architects, and business development teams.
Portfolio demonstrating capabilities in technical modeling (SolidWorks/Rhino), architectural visualization, and effective graphic communication.
