Responsibilities:
Support management of programmes.
Coordinate with partner colleges/schools on course registration, timetabling, and resource allocation.
Advise students on programme requirements, course planning, and registration matters.
Track and verify students’ academic progress and awards.
Update and maintain programme/curriculum information on intranet and website.
Handle student withdrawals and related processes.
Provide administrative support (emails, documentation, SOPs, records management).
Assist in events (e.g., Open House, Convocation) and ad-hoc projects.
Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes.
Requirements:
Degree preferably with experience in higher education.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Teams).
Strong multitasking and organisational skills; able to work under pressure.
Discreet in handling confidential information.
Proactive team player with good communication and critical thinking skills.
