Job Description
We are seeking a 6 months Contract Executive, Compensation and Payroll *WEST*.
- Assist the Compensation and Payroll Manager on compensation initiatives and payroll matters.
- Support the payroll validation to ensure timely and accurate payment, including annual bonus payment, annual salary increment and promotion exercise.
- Roll out compensation programmes for Corporate Office.
- Participate in the manpower planning budget system implementation and automation of inter-company billing process.
- Collaborate with payroll partners and system owners, liaising on issues in the implementation of policies/ programmes.
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in managing a Compensation/Payroll function for an organization with more than 1000 staff.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to set priorities and meet challenging deadlines.
- Self-directed individual with initiative, analytical, good problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex documents.
Strong detail orientation.
- High level of proficiency with MS Excel.
