Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll accurately and timely in accordance with statutory laws and company policies.
Administer and maintain HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Manage employee compensation, benefits, and other HR-related data.
Ensure adherence to payroll regulations, tax laws, and other compliance requirements.
Assist in system implementation, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
