6 Months HR Contract Admin / $2000-$2500/ West #ECT
Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support to the HR department
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
Assist in recruitment processes, including interview coordination, and onboarding documentation
Handle HR correspondence and documentation in an accurate and timely manner
Perform other ad-hoc HR or administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
At least internship experiences or 1 year of relevant HR or administrative experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Meticulous, organized
Location: Jurong East
Office hours: M- F 8.30am to 5.30pm
