Responsibilities
- Handle email enquiries related to cheque details and cheque image retrieval
- Process GIRO application forms, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
- Handle pay-in and pay-out requests for conveyancing transactions
- Process cheques received for deposit into customers' accounts
- Prepare and dispatch return letters to customer for unpaid or rejected cheques
- Debit customer accounts for service charges and conveyancing-related fees
- Attend to customer's requests for duplicate account statements
- Support internal and external stakeholders with queries
- Conduct call-backs to customers when required to verify instruction or resolve issues
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail deliveries, sort, and distribute to the relevant sections
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in relevant disciplines
- Proficient in MS Office
