Responsibilities
Reporting to a Senior Executive, Human Resources, the HR Business Partner plays an instrumental role in establishing HR business partnership with stakeholders to enable effective HR operations in alignment with the Company’s policies and guidelines.
Partner with the HODs and Team Leads to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes administering the Talent Acquisition Form for all hires; sourcing and interviewing candidates; preparing salary proposals; the onboarding and offboarding process.
Collaborate with various agencies to participate in recruitment drives and outreach programmes to enhance branding, recruitment channels and to build a pipeline to support current and future human capital needs.
Handle all employee relations matters, including disciplinary matters, grievances, performance improvement plans and other issues concerning employee engagement.
Provide timely advice on HR policies and procedures with the aim to enhance employee communication, engagement and performance.
Facilitate and be the minute-taker for staff engagement sessions.
Handle work pass applications/renewals for foreign hires and related matters.
Participate and assist with performance management reviews.
Participate in HRIS implementation and testing.
Perform any HR-related projects, surveys and HR admin duties as assigned.
Requirements
Min Diploma / Degree in Business, preferably in human resources.
Min 2 years of relevant HR BP working experience.
Experience in healthcare industry will be an advantage.
