Responsibilities
- Conducting structured phone surveys and collecting data on public opinion and social trends
- Update responses into computer systems (Training will be provided)
Qualifications
- Min.
GCE ‘N’ Level - Effective telephone communication skills
- Able to handle situations in a calm & professional manner
- Proficient in English and one or more of the following languages
- Proficient in computer software
- Prior call-centre or phone interviewing or surveyor experience will be preferred
- Self-motivated and take a proactive approach to work
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday / 4 Hours ONLY
- Afternoon -12.30pm to 4.30pm x 2 Headcount
- Evening -5.30pm to 9.30pm x 4 Headcount
