Salary:
$15,000 - $20,000 + AWS + Bonus
Working details:
5 working days per week, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, location at Tanjong Pagar or Shenton Way MRT.

Position:
Legal Expert to help build a legal team.
Job Scopes:
Position holder provides legal advice and guidance regarding all aspects of Singapore law, applicable laws, regulations, and Company rules.
Legal advisory work: advising the Group’s business departments and affiliates in drafting legal opinions, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, and developing/updating templates and standard Terms & Conditions for all businesses in Singapore.
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): lead legal support for business development activities (establishment of new JVs, divestments, acquisitions of shares or assets), advise and negotiate with business, finance and tax teams, ensure drafting and reviewing of corporate transactions, prepare legal notes, and coordinate with risk/compliance, tax, and finance teams to consolidate a comprehensive legal and compliance opinion.
Corporate Secretarial: manage or supervise incorporation of companies, corporate secretarial matters, business registrations, renewals, and related formalities; ensure compliance with laws on board and shareholder meetings and other corporate secretarial requirements.
Regulatory: draft, review, and evaluate internal policies.
Requirements:
Degree in law (LLB) and called to the Singapore bar.
Min 8–12 years of experience in either a law firm or as a legal counsel; experience in trading & distribution, property development, and construction is preferable.
Expertise in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law, knowledge of litigation.
Able to travel to Malaysia (Penang, Johor, KL) with Managing Director for M&A projects.
