Job Scope
Content Creation & Campaign Management
Handles day-to-day execution of communications activities and campaigns
Supports internal and external stakeholder relations and handles campaign enquiries
Strong storytelling skills with an eye for engaging, audience-focused content
Plan and create content such as press releases, social media posts, newsletters, graphics, short-form videos, etc.
Plan and manage content on social channels
Stays current with social media trends and best practices to optimise content and engagement
Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environment
Familiar with editing software and apps (Adobe/Canva/CapCut)
Events Management
Liaise with potential performing artists/organisations on marketing and event support
Source and handle external sponsorships
Coordinate event planning and logistics with internal stakeholders
Handle publicity campaigns and provide actual day event support
Assist with guest lists, craft invitations and follow up with guest enquiries when required
Campaigns & Platform Management & Optimisation
Propose timely and relevant content ideas based on current events, trends, and audience insights
Respond to internal stakeholder enquiries and requests
Craft surveys to evaluate campaign and platform engagement
Conduct media monitoring and performs good analysis of data to determine reach and engagement
Provides regular insights and improvements to optimise platforms for better engagement
Manage department’s file systems
Job Requirements
Min BA in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Arts & Social Sciences preferred
Min 2-3 years’ experience of managing social media accounts / in shooting videos, photos and editing
