Responsibilities:
Manage daily student attendance and generate comprehensive attendance reports.
Oversee the procurement and distribution of learning materials for the assigned school, including textbooks, learning aids, workbooks, notebooks, and other resources to support students in achieving their academic goals.
Coordinate the preparation and issuance of assessment reports and course award certificates for students.
Assist the Head of Academic Administration, Subject Head, and Programme Head in monitoring and processing student leave applications.
Administer classroom assignments and related administrative tasks.
Maintain an inventory list of equipment usage and ensure proper management.
Collaborate with the Head of Academic Administration, Subject Head, and Programme Head to oversee school timetables, teacher time sheets, absentee records, academic schedules, examination timetables, and related documentation.
Support the Academic Director in the preparation for Academic Board and Examination Board meetings as needed.
Provide assistance with academic department operations as required.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications:
Diploma or higher.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a Private Educational Institution.
Familiarity with EduTrust and ERF framework regulations will be an advantage.
Bilingual in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking students and parents.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Detail-oriented and meticulous.
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking, and being a team player.
