From Day 1, you will join as a full-time employee and rotate through three business areas to gain hands-on experience, cross-functional exposure, and deep insights into the TikTok Shop business.
The program accelerates growth and prepares you for future leadership roles within TikTok Shop.
Responsibilities
Join the program in 2026 as a graduate and pursue bold ideas, tackle complex challenges, and unlock growth.
Participate in a high-impact development journey with rotations across business areas to gain practical experience.
Rotation Opportunities
Business Intelligence and Platform Strategy — Shape decisions through real-time data, identify opportunities, and translate insights into scalable strategies.
Category Strategy — Identify growth levers (pricing, assortment, branding, seller development) and collaborate on GTM strategies and category-wide initiatives.
Special Projects — Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives tackling platform-level challenges (ecosystem development, creator-seller collaboration).
Category Operations — Onboard and train sellers and creators, provide data-driven advice and practical playbooks with a community-first approach.
Rotation timelines are 18 to 24 months and may adjust to business priorities; preferences and skills are considered to ensure a valuable development experience.

Selection Process
Online Assessment — Test logical thinking and data interpretation skills
HR Team Screening — Conversation with Talent Acquisition and HRBP
Case Assessments — Tackle real-world business scenarios to demonstrate analytical thinking and business acumen in eCommerce
Business Leaders Interview — Discussion with the Country Leader on motivations and problem-solving approach

Qualifications
Minimum: Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or a Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field
Up to 3 years of full-time work experience at the application deadline
Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to learn rapidly
Clear and effective communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems/IT, Finance, Economics, or related fields
Prior internship experience in e-commerce or management consulting
