Our esteemed client, an established company, is searching for a Accident & Claims Assistant:
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate accident matters with hirers, contractors, reporting vendors, workshops, and insurers.
- Collaborate with settlement teams to resolve high-liability accident cases quickly and cost-effectively.
- Liaise with appointed contractors to manage accident vehicles and ensure timely turnaround.
- Work with insurers to close claims where feasible.
- Update monthly claims status provided by insurers.
- Raise third-party excess invoices for liability-down cases upon receipt of GIA reports.
- Handle own damage claims and prepare excess billing after repairs.
- Issue notification letters to clients upon receipt of GIA reports.
- Prepare weekly summaries of accident vehicles in contractors' workshops.
- Liaise with internal workshops on accident replacements and monitor vehicle collection after repairs.
- Obtain daily quotations from contractors and send to clients within 2 working days for non-accident-related repairs.
- Conduct roadshows and driver briefings on safe driving and accident procedures.
- Support other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- No prior experience required – training will be provided.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (for better understanding of driving and insurance claim processes).
- 5-day work week, with occasional weekend overtime to conduct driver briefings as required.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 2,600 + AWS +Variable Bonus
- Working Location: Senoko (Company Pick Up Provided at Selected Location)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM
