Roles & Responsibilities Position: Account Admin
Company: Leading Supplier of Surgical Instruments & Medical Apparatus
Location: Near Whampoa Market, Singapore
Working Days/Hours: 5 Days Work, 8:30am – 6:00pm
Salary: SGD 2,800 – 3,800
Start Date: Immediate
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts receivable and payable functions
- Perform data entry, billing, invoicing, and payment tracking
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and reconciliations
- Maintain proper filing of accounting records and documents
- Support administrative duties such as preparing quotations, handling emails, and liaising with clients/suppliers
- Provide general office and clerical support to ensure smooth operations
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of relevant accounting/administration experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Team player with positive working attitude
- Able to start work immediately
