About the Roles
We are seeking an Account Assistant / Admin Assistant to join a leading company in the Building and Construction industry.
Based in Tuas with transport provided from Joo Koon MRT, this is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm.
The role offers a competitive basic salary with performance bonus, along with the opportunity to be part of a supportive team.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy both administrative and project coordination tasks in a dynamic work environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare quotations, draft simple design ideas, and create work schedules.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support day-to-day office administration to keep operations efficient.
- Issue invoices, record payments from customers, and manage basic billing tasks.
- Review and verify petty cash claims submitted by staff.
- Assist the Head of Department with assigned duties.
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by Management.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of relevant working experience preferred, though training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
