About the Roles
This permanent Account Assistant / Admin Assistant role is based in Tuas with transport provided from Joo Koon MRT.
You'll work a five-day week from 9.00am to 6.00pm and receive a competitive basic salary with performance bonuses.
The position combines administrative and accounting support within the building and construction sector.
What You'll Be Doing
- Create quotations, simple design concepts, and work schedules
- Coordinate projects and liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
- Handle general office administration to support daily operations
- Issue invoices, record payments, and manage basic billing activities
- Verify and process petty cash claims from staff
- Support the Head of Department with assigned duties
- Take on other tasks delegated by management
What We're Looking For
- A diploma in business administration, accounting, or a related area
- Two to three years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
