Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices, Delivery Orders, debit notes, and credit notes
- Perform contra entries for incoming AR payments
- Generate monthly AR Statements of Account (SOA) and follow up on outstanding payments with customers
- Adjust stock transactions as required
- Enter and manage import GST records
- Perform general filing and document organization
- Carry out other duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE O Level with LCCI Bookkeeping (Level 2), or an equivalent qualification from other countries
At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word)
- Proactive, mature, and responsible working attitude
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken) is required, as the role requires communication with Chinese-speaking customers
