Overview
You will lead work on some of the world's most popular consumer brands, impacting nearly 2 billion people in the fastest-growing region.
You will work with clients passionate about social change and success in the marketplace.
The Account Director is responsible for seamless account delivery, including creating and communicating brand strategies, managing account staffing, overseeing client relations and presentations, and supporting the Account Service team.
- Lead and optimize operations for the key account, managing a team across 5 markets (Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, India).
- Drive strategic conversations with clients to elevate social content strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maintaining creative excellence.
- Guide Account Managers to deliver high-quality, impactful creative work on time and within scope.
- Enhance operational efficiency by refining workflows within Singapore and across the regional team.
- Lead client presentations, including engagements with senior stakeholders as needed.
- Oversee the P&L for the account, working with the team to meet financial targets.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth and cross-selling within the Groupe.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to integrate different departments to facilitate client requests and deliver on the Power of One promise.
- Deep understanding of 360 campaign production and social media, including steps, processes, paid media, and tools, with the ability to communicate social-first strategies to clients.
- Skilled in crafting presentations that highlight digital, media, technology, and advertising trends to achieve client outcomes.
- Strong grasp of the social ecosystem and how channels like social, mobile, experiential, and search coexist.
- Expertise in measurement reporting for standard and rich media advertising and social campaigns.
- Ability to push social-first briefs, encouraging clients and creatives to explore innovative projects.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Financial acumen in budgeting, estimating, and ensuring profitability.
- Proven trustworthiness, critical thinking, and composure in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging at all levels.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
