Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full set of accounts, including vendor invoice processing, payment arrangements, journal entries, inter-company, bank reconciliation, balance sheet schedules, fixed assets registers, and general ledger maintenance.
- Preparing various journal entries and account reconciliations for cash, prepaids, accruals, inter-company.
- Handle and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, audits, and tax filings (e.g., GST).
- Preparing monthly financial reports, audit schedules (both internal and external audits), etc.
- Cost control management by ensuring project budget are not breached.
- Assisting in the preparation of annual financial statements.
- Providing support in office administration duties and occasional ad- hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum 1/2 years of experience in managing full set of accounts.
- Team player, analytical, meticulous, problem solver & prioritization abilities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and able to meet tight deadline.
- Bilingual in English & Chinese.
- Computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience and familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks will be a plus.
