Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, invoice processing, and payments
Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Assist in monthly closing activities, including journal entries and bank reconciliations
Support GST submission and other statutory filings in compliance with Singapore regulations
Maintain proper filing and recordkeeping for compliance purposes
Liaise with internal teams on billing and payment matters
Assist in preparing financial reports and schedules for management review
Assist and support in contract management and project tracking
Requirements
Diploma in Accountancy, Accounting & Finance
2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an SME environment
Familiar with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Million or MYOB
Knowledge of Singapore’s financial reporting and tax requirements (e.g., GST)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
