Maintech is looking for two aggressive hunter Account Executives (AE) to promote Maintech IT Infrastructure Services to both existing and new markets.

While these two new AEs will be based in metro-NYC, Maintech's reach is global in 62+ countries.

The AEs will be challenged to identify and develop new logo sales via Direct end user opportunities, as well as via channel and partnership sales.

Maintech is an Independent Service Organization (ISO) aka Third Party Maintenance (TPM) serving the global corporate IT enterprise marketplace.

Our success has been driven by our clear focus on IT Infrastructure Support Services, coupled with our continuing investment in the development and enhancement of our core competencies.

New Sales Focus:

The position requires solution selling experience, in products or services, with a priority focus on large scale IT server break/fix maintenance.

Concurrently, sales of Managed Services are a priority in the SMB market.

Candidates with experience selling for well- known, established IT service providers are highly desired.

The 2026 Sales targets are focused on Banking & Financial Services and Pharmaceuticals.

Relationships with buying decision makers in these two vertical markets is a strong plus.

Account Executive and CRM Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will:

Effectively communicate with customers regarding the status of current service contracts, projects, and trouble isolation/resolution activities.

The AE will set expectations, negotiates deliverables and clarify information.
Additionally, the position requires:

  • Consult with customers to understand their IT plan-to-purchase and future business needs.

  • Develop project plans specifying goals, strategy and scheduling as well as identification of risks, contingency plans and allocation of available resources.

  • Ensure that ongoing client satisfaction is maximized through monitoring and resolution of issues.

    Participate in event escalation and resolution by providing 2nd level customer support.

Skills Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years selling IT Products and Services, with prior service sales experience being a priority
  • Preferred experience in selling Desktop/server hardware maintenance in a Data Center environment.

  • Familiarity with Dell, HP, and Lenovo server product lines, both conventional and Hyperscale architecture.

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Interpersonal Profile

  • Strong written and verbal communication.

  • Demonstrated success in IT Services sales.

  • A quality of Initiative to identify, explore and create selling opportunities.

  • A quality of ownership to qualify a lead and taking it to close.

  • A quality of leadership to lead, nurture and maximize the efforts of Marketing, Sales, Operations and Contracts.

Compensation Overview:

  • A base salary commensurate with experience
  • A Commission Plan structured to reward strong new logo growth and retained sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90, $110,000.00 per year
