The Job
- Developing relationships with new and existing customers, converting them fully to company's product solutions.
- Devising sales strategies to increase market coverage and maximizing accounts' penetrations and improve company's brand positioning in Singapore.
- Staying close to customer's projects to ensure proper forecast of sales/stocks, providing top-notched after sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrating, explaining and training for the use of company's products and/or services at the customers' offices and/or jobsites.
- Negotiating contracts terms and prices.
- Regularly reporting sales forecasts, updates, and plans required to achieve the set targets.
The Talent
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- 5 years of sales experience, ideally within the construction industry.
- Prior experience directly related to construction is a strong advantage.
- Proven negotiation skills, with a track record of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Confident presenter, capable of effectively communicating product solutions and value propositions to large audiences.
- Possesses a personality aligned with company's corporate values: hands-on, results-driven, dynamic, proactive, determined to succeed, and structured in approach, with a strong can-do mindset.
- Demonstrates a strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a target-oriented approach, with a sensitivity to working across cultures.
- Upholds high ethical and professional standards, with integrity at the core of personal and business conduct.
- Must own a vehicle.
