We are looking for an Account Manager (Consignment Cars) to pioneer our Dickson Marketplace team.
You will play a key role in facilitating win-win used car transactions by connecting sellers and buyers with fair pricing and transparent service.
You will be responsible for end-to-end sales management, from vehicle sourcing and valuation to deal closure and follow-up.

Core Responsibilities:
- Source and engage vehicle sellers through proactive outreach and partnerships
- Generate and attract buyer leads via digital platforms, walk-ins, referrals, and networking
- Evaluate and inspect used vehicles to determine fair market value and prepare consignment agreements
- Negotiate pricing and close deals that benefit both sellers and buyers
- Prepare and explain consignment agreements, ensuring transparency and compliance
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, from listing to final transaction and through regular follow-ups
- Provide professional advice on vehicle pricing, financing options, and market conditions
- Maintain strong relationships through follow-ups via calls, emails, and messaging apps
- Update CRM systems with lead status and deal progress accurately
- Coordinate administrative tasks including LTA transfer, loan, and insurance paperwork
- Collaborate with cross-department colleagues to enhance marketing, listings, and customer service
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in used car sales, consignment sales, or automotive sales
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Singapore's used car market and pricing trends
- Proficient in digital tools (CRM, Excel, online car platforms)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Valid Class 3 driving license will be advantageous
