Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Account Manager – IT Staffing Solutions ( Sales Specialist & Client Manager ) to accelerate our IT contracting and staff augmentation business.

This hybrid role combines sales generation, account management, and delivery oversight .

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in IT staffing or professional services, strong client engagement skills, and the ability to deliver value through tailored workforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT staffing and contract services.

  • Build a healthy sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and targeted research.

  • Design go-to-market strategies and customized client plans to achieve growth targets.

  • Present impactful proposals, pricing options, and client presentations.

Client Management

  • Serve as primary contact for assigned clients and ensure high satisfaction levels.

  • Understand client workforce needs and recommend effective staffing solutions.

  • Conduct business reviews, track performance, and maintain long-term relationships.

  • Negotiate commercials, contracts, and service agreements.

Delivery & Execution

  • Partner with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.

  • Oversee consultant deployment, monitor performance, and manage escalations.

  • Track KPIs, delivery metrics, and ensure SLA compliance.

  • Support contract renewals and extensions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related discipline.

  • 3–7 years’ experience in IT staffing, contracting, or professional services sales.

  • Consistent record of achieving/exceeding revenue targets.

  • Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.

  • Experience managing full client lifecycle from acquisition to delivery.
