Account Manager Job Opening In North East Community Development Council – Now Hiring CAD-IT Consultants (Asia) Pte Ltd

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and expanding business relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering simulation-driven solutions that create true value for industries across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing manufacturing customers to drive new business for IoT and enterprise solutions.

  • Understand factory operations and digital transformation challenges, and recommend tailored solutions across ERP, MES, SCADA, and Industrial IoT platforms.

  • Prepare and execute comprehensive account plans, including customer profiles, value mapping, strategy, goals, tactics, and milestones.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets, identifying opportunities for cross-sell, upsell, and new customer acquisition.

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities.

  • Generate leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and participation in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars.

  • Maintain deep product and industry knowledge to position our IoT and enterprise solutions as a leader in driving factory productivity and digital transformation.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, progress updates, and ensure thorough documentation of all sales activities.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or Software Engineering.

  • Approximately 5 years of professional experience post-graduation.

  • Proven track record in sales, with the most recent role being in a sales capacity.

  • Experience selling software solutions (ERP, MES, SCADA, or Industrial IoT) to manufacturing or industrial clients.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding high annual sales targets.

  • Strong command of written and spoken English.

  • Professional presence with a poised, energetic, and self-driven personality.
