As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for direct client acquisition, sales performance delivery, deal closing, client lifecycle management, and renewals.
You will manage the full client journey from prospecting to renewal, supported by Customer Success Executives for service coordination.

Key Responsibilities 主要职责
- Acquire and develop new clients via outbound and inbound channels 通过外呼和渠道获取客户
- Conduct needs analysis, identify pain points, and propose solutions 进行需求分析,挖掘痛点并提供解决方案
Lead the sales cycle: prospecting proposal negotiation closing 主导销售全流程:开发 方案 谈判- 成交 - Achieve assigned sales performance and revenue goals 完成公司设定的销售业绩与收入目标
- Manage client lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal 管理客户全生命周期,从上线到续约
- Collaborate with Customer Success Executives for smooth delivery 与客户成功专员协作,保障交付与客户满意
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities 挖掘增购和交叉销售机会
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and client records in CRM 在CRM中维护销售管道与客户记录
Requirements 任职要求
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields 商业、市场营销或相关学历
- 2–5 years of B2B sales/account management experience 2–5年B2B销售或客户管理经验
- Strong solution-selling, negotiation, and closing skills 具备解决方案销售、谈判和成交能力
- Familiar with CRM pipeline management 熟悉CRM销售管道管理
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets 有完成或超额完成销售目标的记录
- Fluent in English; Mandarin a plus 英语流利,会中文优先
