Responsibilities
:
Manage and grow business relationships with assigned clients, providing day-to-day support and strategic guidance.
Lead client engagements and sales initiatives across Vietnam and other APAC markets in alignment with regional business objectives.
Develop and execute business plans to grow market share, identify new opportunities, and expand existing partnerships.
Work closely with country teams to secure strategic deals and generate leads.
Understand clients' payment strategies and segment them to prioritize engagement efforts effectively.
Maintain accurate and timely records in CRM tools and ensure client continuity support when team members are unavailable.
Upholdpany policies and internal controls while contributing to ongoing process improvements.
Stay informed on market trends and propose innovative approaches to drive business growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in business development, account management, or financial services.
Strong business acumen and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
Demonstrated success in managing accounts, negotiating partnerships, and executing sales strategies.
Strong analytical, presentation, andmunication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
High ethical standards, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving problems.
