Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Sales pitch and present proposal customized to individual customer requirements for both renewal and new services business
- Submit weekly Sales report to Services Sales Manager on the renewal listing
- Resolve existing maintenance contract customers' issues when escalated from internal stakeholders to maintain trust between customer and the company
- Manage and maintain healthy client relationships with existing key accounts
- Work closely with Project Lead and Finance to follow up on billings and payments
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma in IT/ Engineering/ Audio Visual/ any relevant education
- At least 1 years of relevant sales experience in a B2B environment
- Training Provided
- Can speak Mandarin to communicate with Chinese stakeholder.
