Job Description
Perform day-to-day Accounts Payable financial and related accounting activities, e.g., making payments to suppliers and ensuring all financial transactions are accurate, executed, and recorded on time.


Perform month-end closing activities, including monthly reconciliation of Accounts Payable related accounts and analysis to detect unusual items; propose resolution on discrepancies/outstanding items.


Monitor accounting systems and procedures to ensure proper operation and compliance with internal controls, regulations, accounting principles and standards.


Maintain the internal control environment in the Company’s operations in compliance with corporate policy, Anti-Corruption controls, and SOX requirements.


Supervise day-to-day operations and month-end closing for related areas.


Lead assigned projects/initiatives/process enhancements to ensure timely delivery with quality results.


Provide support for transactions processing, particularly for more complex cases, with supervisor’s advisement.


Escalate unusual items for discussion and resolve within the deadline with supervisor consultation.


Proactively partner to fairly support stakeholders within Finance and outside of Finance.


Resolve ad-hoc requests and issues.


Contribute to the overall management and development of the P2P Tower, including successful achievement of its goals and objectives.


Resolve payment-related queries with satisfactory outcomes.


Provide input on required changes related to daily activities and reports.


Keep up to date on new central bank regulations and payments regulations.


Perform other related duties as assigned.


What You’ll Need To Succeed
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
5-7 years of working experience including experience in finance operations (either accounts payable or accounts receivable functions), risk control or finance functions with some management experience
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
Dynamic and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with a growth mindset
Energetic, initiative with effective communication skills
Experience in project management
Good command of both spoken and written English
Teamworking skills – ability to collaborate, influence, and mediate effectively with other teams both within and outside of Finance
Experience in leadership and team management
Skilled in presentation composition, communications technology including PowerPoint, and engaging, articulate audience presentations
Excellent computer proficiency, especially in Excel
It’s great if you have
CPA and Audit background
Experience in payment solutions or credit card environment
Knowledge of SQL and data analytics tools
