Responsibilities
1.
Accurately identify high potential merchants and drive accelerated incubation with a focus on seller cold start, growth, retention and graduation.
2.
Able to provide long-term business solutions for merchants through different sales channels; maintain relationships with merchants, negotiate and secure their investment to ensure continuous growth;
3.
Able to establish clear and efficient mechanisms with all cross-functional departments as well as push for implementation, to achieve win-win results;
4.
Able to lead category & merchant strategy special projects when needed, driving high-priority business initiatives with data analytics, strategic research, and project management.
Minimum Qualifications
1.
Bachelor's degree or above, with 1+ year of experience in e-commerce companies or retailer/brand companies.
Familiarity with the social commerce industry will be a plus.
2.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable strategies.
3.
Strong judgment and independent thinking skills, with the ability to learn quickly, adapt to changes.
Preferred Qualifications
1.
Prior working experience in business strategist/analytics roles.
2.
Experience in campaign planning and execution, especially in online retail or digital platforms.
