Overview
You will play a pivotal part in ensuring the integrity of financial data, supporting monthly reporting cycles, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do
Retrieve invoices from SharePoint and export them into Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring all required fields are completed correctly.
Maintain compliance with financial regulations by integrating invoice data into Dynamics.
Download monthly bank statements and reconcile transactions against internal records.
Post and settle transactions against vendors to guarantee accurate recording of payments and receipts.
Process miscellaneous adjustment entries provided by internal teams, posting them accurately.
Generate trial balances, ledger transaction lists, and comprehensive financial reports as part of the monthly reporting pack.
Create detailed vendor aging reports to monitor outstanding payables.
Perform GST reconciliation regularly, ensuring strict adherence to tax laws.
Conduct thorough reconciliations for WIP, leases, equity accounts, and preferred dividends.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies promptly.
What You Bring
Proven experience in invoice processing, complex reconciliations, and monthly reporting cycles.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent considered an advantage.
At least five years of experience in accounting roles involving invoice processing, reconciliations, and financial report preparation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint for document management.
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and report generation.
Solid understanding of GST regulations and experience performing GST reconciliations.
Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy under time constraints.
Positive attitude towards learning new systems or processes.
Commitment to ethical standards and supportive team environment.
