Responsibilities:
· Manage and prepare invoice to the tenants and monthly statement to the property owners
· Keep track on debt collection and receivables
· Prepare and submit GST every quarter
· Prepare income tax computation
· Manage and process purchase and expenses payments
· Prepare monthly financial closing and reporting, including reconciliation and schedules on a timely manner
· Prepare group consolidation
· Involve in financial statements preparation
· Involve in operational improvement plans and solutions
· Provide relevant support as necessary and other ad-hoc works assigned
Qualifications:
· Degree in accountancy
· Excellent communication and writing skills
· Proactively identify areas of improvement and drive forward solutions
· Highly motivated and hold accountability for tasks assigned
