About the Role:
As part of the Finance Operations team, you'll report directly to the Accounting Manager.
In this role, you'll work closely with our outsourced service provider, acting as the primary point of contact and key escalation point for all Accounts Payables (Non-Technical) and Technical Accounting-related queries.
You'll be responsible for monitoring the service provider's performance against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and you'll conduct regular quality assurance reviews to ensure the accuracy and completeness of their work.
You'll also contribute to quarterly GST reporting activities and assist the Accounting Manager in preparing reports.
Additionally, you'll collaborate with other departments, functions, and regional colleagues to support transformation projects at the local, regional, and global levels.
This position will be based from our Singapore office with a hybrid schedule of working two days remote each week.
Role & Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Support the Accounting Manager by working closely with the outsourced service provider and be the primary point of contact & key escalation point for all Accounts Payables (Non-Technical) and Technical Accounting related queries, as well as monitoring the outsourced service provider's quality of service, in the following (but not limited to) activities:
Invoice Processing – Receive, verify, and process invoices from vendors and suppliers.
Ensure all invoices are properly supported and accurately booked to the AP module on a timely basis.
