Responsibilities
You will assist the consolidation team in:
- Preparing the consolidated financial statements for interim reporting and annual reports
- Compliance of information undertaking required under bank loans
- SGX listing rules and compliance matters
- Ad-hoc corporate projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines; CPA/CA/ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- 4 - 6 years of relevant accounting experience (including preparation of consolidated accounts) and auditing experience.
- Knowledge of Cognos and SGX listing rules preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel formulas and experience in macros preferred
- Meticulous and well-organised
- Responsible, able to work independently and under tight deadlines
