Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle internal and customer enquiry on advance payment
- Uploading invoices in various e-billing portals
- Assist with sending statement of accounts
- Any other ad-hoc admin duties assigned
Requirements :
- Qualification in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounts clerk or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
