Financial Assistant Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Assistant to support our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full sets of Accounts Payable (AP) accounts.
- Issue payments and invoices for local and international transactions.
- Review and verify accounts prepared by external accounting firms.
- Contribute to the preparation of various financial reports.
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform other duties assigned by management as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- ACCA certification is an advantage.
