Position Title: Accounts & Admin Assistant (Entry Level / 1 Year Exp)
Location: Loyang (Near Pasir Ris & Tampines, accessible by Bus 109)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: Up to $3,300 (commensurate with experience)

Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting tasks including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers & staff expense claims
- Support in month-end closing and maintaining proper records
- Organize and manage filing of documents
- Provide general admin support – data entry, office supplies, clerical duties
- Liaise with suppliers and internal staff when needed
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Accounting, Business Admin, or related field
- No prior experience required – training will be provided
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience are also welcome
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
- Good communication & organizational skills
