We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts & Admin Assistant (remote) to support our finance and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, issue invoices, track payments, and follow up with clients.
- Record daily financial transactions accurately.
- Prepare monthly expense and reimbursement reports.
- Assist in bank reconciliation, petty cash, and expense claims.
- Support preparation of financial statements, GST filings, and audit requirements.
HR Administration
- Handle employee records, leave tracking, attendance reporting and payroll.
- Assist with recruitment coordination (job postings, interview scheduling, onboarding paperwork).
- Prepare HR-related documents such as employment letters and contracts.
Sales & Online Platform Reporting
- Consolidate and prepare daily sales reports from online ordering platforms
- Track payments, and highlight discrepancies for follow-up.
General Administration
- Support all administration works required on a day to day basis.
- Data entries, maintain database and filing.
- Coordinate with and internal teams to support daily operations remotely.
- All ad-hoc administrative works as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $1, $2,500.00 per month
