Key Responsibilities
Perform bookkeeping duties, including general ledger, accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP).
Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in compliance with FRS (Financial Reporting Standards) and internal policies.
Prepare, issue, and track invoices and credit notes in a timely manner.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collections.
Process and manage supplier invoices, staff expense claims, and vendor payments, ensuring proper authorization and documentation.
Manage company bank accounts and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
Assist in the year-end audit preparation process and liaise with external auditors and corporate secretaries.
Process monthly payroll accurately, calculate statutory deductions, and ensure timely submission of Central Provident Fund (CPF) contributions.
Oversee general office administration, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and liaising with building management.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain an organised filing system.
Maintain up-to-date employee records and assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Administer employee leave records and claims in compliance with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) guidelines.
Job Requirements
Education: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification (LCCI, ACCA, etc.).
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in an Accounts/Admin role.
Technical Skills:
Proven proficiency in accounting and QuickBooks software.
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Local Knowledge: Solid understanding of Singapore's GST framework, CPF submission requirements, and basic MOM employment regulations.
